Sustainable impact requires alignment
Before and during development, it’s important to define and validate the vision for success. To do this, we look at organizational viability, technical feasibility, and user desirability. The more all three align, the greater the impact and speed of development.

Is the solution viable within the organization? Can it be easily implemented? Will it provide value? Does the organization have champions and leaders to remove barriers and help ensure implementation is successful?
Is the solution technically feasible? Can we integrate with existing systems and data points? Are there concerns about tech lifespan, scalability, sustainability, and flexibility?
Is our solution desirable, intuitive, and seamless across all users? Does it help the user? Does it improve efficiency and make the user’s work more impactful?
The key to sustainable impact is alignment of organizational viability, technical feasibility, and user desirability. Throughout the agile process, Aviturians assess potential solutions through the lens of these three perspectives. When we discover new possibilities or the changing landscape requires a pivot, we re-evaluate to ensure sustainable impact for your organization.
